В полтора года начала давать Омегу-3, сначала в капсулах, выдавливала на ложку, со временем перешли на детскую, теперь даю по чайной ложке. (ему сейчас 1,9) Сейчас я сама просто ограничиваю продукты содержащие много сахара🍭🍰🍦ну, и не даю шоколад, 🍫 Пока еще осталась аллергия на клубнику, 🍓 но, думаю, и с ней к следующему году справимся... 💪🏻 @Wellness_Stories
